Religious Exploration

The mission of the Universalist Unitarian Church of the Palouse Religious Exploration’s program is to guide and promote opportunities for personal, spiritual and intellectual growth and engagement for all ages.

To support the spiritual growth of all ages is central to the work of our church. We offer a variety of classes and groups to allow for each individual to find their own way of connecting with the church, with others, and with their own sense of spirit or calling. Below we outline many ways to be involved. Please use the side tabs to get more information on our current programing.

Children and Youth

Nursery care for children aged birth – 5 years old is available from 9:45-11:30 each Sunday.

Children ages prek-5th grade attend the first part of our 10:00 am service and begin classes in the Yellow House after the Time for All Age portion of the service. Classes run until 11:30. Children are always welcome to stay in church with their parents and parents are always welcome to attend classes with their children.

Middle School and High School Youth Groups meet 12-2 in the Yellow House.

Young Adults / Students

We have two young adult / student groups that serve the University of Idaho campus and Moscow, and Washing State University and Pullman. These groups are open to people ages 18-35 regardless of student affiliation.

Adult Religious Exploration

We offer a large variety of classes and groups that meet the diverse needs of adults in our community. From focuses on the environment and social justice to particular faith and spiritual groups you will surely find a way to engage in our adult programing.
